WebProsinc.net. Good?? Bad?? Thoughts??

I have only been a customer of webprosinc.net for a single month but I am upset because they have a 99.5% uptime guaruntee and so far they have been down for more than 6 hours today. I have not received an email from Eric Jensen (who I believe posts on this board) about any scheduled maintenance.

Does anybody else have any experiences with this host??

They were back up last night from around 2 but now they are down again. 1:57 pm est I wonder how long this one will last?
