I've got a site at teamshania.com and for some reason, all the sudden the pictures are not showing up. When I try calling a picture directly such as the address below, I receive a 403 error.

All pictures on the site are linked correctly. I haven't updated the site in two weeks and this problem has just started recently. I was wondering if anyone would know what the problem is.

Do you get this only when you link to the pictures from a source other then the server? Could be that your hosting provider added hotlinking protection...
