.avi to .swf?

I am doing a site for a local College and I had 30 avi tutorials delivered to me and they're all like 2-10meg each. Anyone know of a program that will convert these to a smaller format such as .swf?

Or if not a program, a technique to do this myself...

Simple convert the .avi to a .mov and import it into Flash MX, since Flash MX supports quicktime files.

You could simply import the avi into Flash, and then export to swf

There was a soft - "sorensen squeeze" - makes the best out of it, I've worked with it.
