Is anyone having problems accessing servint's website or servers on their network?

I just talked to the NOC and they are aware and working on it. They had no additional info to report.

Well, communication seems lacking. Servint hasn't updated their status page nor have they sent any email out to us yet.
Anyone know what actually happened?

Is it fixed? I'm still getting packet loss when doing a traceroute, and the website isn't particularly responsive.

It seems to be okay when accessing my server. Although their website is laggy.
And each time I email them asking for an explanation for the outage, I get no reply. Wonder why that is. There are no updates on the network status page as well.

All my routes are fine ranging from 7-22ms. I had about 16 minutes of high latency at 3:16 AM but no other issues since then.
Where are you guys tracing from?

I had a reply earlier stating that their upstream providers main router 'crashed' because of a software failure.

Yes, the GNAPs router has crashed a couple times today, and the traffic is forced to shift back and forth with BGP. Very annoying, but they're resolving it once-and-for-all within 48 hours or they're paying to replace themselves on our network.
