BlueWho.com - review after one month

Yes, I know one month is not enough to determine whether a host is really good - but it's certainly enough to see if there are serious problems with it. Well, BlueWho.com caused me no headaches so far - they have been perfect for the past 31 days. A bit more detail:

Price: I signed up for Plan1, 1G/15G @ $20. Once I've moved all my sites here I'll most probably need Plan2, 2G/30G @ $30. So the price is right; not that you can't get cheaper reseller plans, but BlueWho.com allows overselling, so a cheaper host with no overselling might turn out to be more expensive.

Features: in brief, they have everything I need. They offer all the usual stuff other cpanel resellers have; plus they give you 5 IPs. Might be useful when I need them (not right now, but it's nice to have). The main domain is run from the first IP, and additional domains use the second IP - pretty convenient and seems safe.

Reliability/uptime: absolutely no problems here. If there was any downtime, I didn't notice it. All my sites have been functioning as they should.

Support: one word: excellent! All my support questions have been answered very quickly, and what's more important, all my problems have been solved within a very short timeframe. Adrian even repaired a script I installed incorrectly - I don't know how many other hosts will tinker with your scripts. Instead of telling me "sorry, buddy, it's your script, not ours" or pointing me to a help page, he just corrected all the mistakes I made (and I made six ). And then he explained where I went wrong - this is what I call excellent service.

Speed: the fastest loading host I've had so far. That's good enough for me .

Problems: none so far . Hey, it looks like I've found a problem-free reseller solution!

All in all, a very nice and smooth one month. I can only recommend BlueWho.com.

I'll be back with another review after three months.

Well, others want a longer period before another review - you want a shorter one. I'll see . But I'll be back and keep you posted. And if you don't hear from me, that means all is well (no news is good news).

Thumbs up Another vote for BlueWho

I'm another happy camper that signed up with BlueWHo.com about 2 months ago. Adrian is the most responsive host that I have ever dealth with. He transferred all my sites over from my previous host and responds very quickly to my emails.
I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent, dependable reseller at a reasonable cost.

As I promised, I'm back to this review (no chance of changing the topic title, is there?).

After 90 days: still no problems whatsoever to report. Support is still very fast - and they actually solve your problems, not just "answer" tickets. They seem to have a simple attitude towards business: customer asks for something and they deliver it . Server speed is still very good also. What can I say, I'm convinced I made the right decision three months back .

I'll be back with a one year review next August, if anybody's interested (will probably start a new topic then, though).

<debugging mode on>1) poster insano doesn't start sentence 1 with a capital letter
2) poster insano doesn't start sentence 2 with a capital letter
3) poster insano uses lax grammar: "need to get me"; suggested rephrasing: "I need to get one of those for myself"
<debugging mode off>
