i personally would look the other way, because if somebody is serious about hosting they would pay $100 or wahtever to get a design or template created for them by a professional.

but you never know... they could be a very good company

So... you'd "personally look the other way" -because this host isn't serious (somehow you know that), and they didn't pay $100 for a design or template ($100 is apparently the magic professional number), but you don't know if they're a professional company or not?

Me thinks Jon FB should wait for other replies.

Is who designed and owns the design of the site. i don't know what would matter or not, and if people's primary buying decision rests solely on the copyright notice at the bottom of the site or not (though I have a guess).

If you want it to say something else, get another theme designed by someone else. What exactly is the question?

Well you see the theme I choosed was perfect for what I wanted. It had a flash, the color, it made it stand out. The only thing I have a concern for is the

The world is full of companies that use templates for their websites. As long as the copyright isn't written in large bold red letters, I don't think anyone would mind.

The only thing that really matters is wether or not the site is user friendly.

From reading the web site of FlashThemes.com, once you purchase the theme for $50 you can remove all of their branding. Also for an additional $100 you can purchase the source files and do what ever you want with them. You should email FlashThemes.com to clarify
