Thanks for the info.

Paysystems is annoying the hell outta me!

everytime someone tries to pay, they keep getting a
An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. error.

This has been happening for MONTHS.
I've created tonnes of support requests, and yet no response.

Can someone here, please help?

I do not wish to switch to 2checkout, as there have been tonnes of complaints about them too.

I'd like to get a merchant account, but being canadian and not generating enough revenue to cover the costs of the merchant account, it doesn't make any sense.

I've been using paypal on the side.

same here, I have just had one customer submit their payment details 5 times.

Most customers only try twice so we are losing business. The only solution we have is to contact the customer and offer an alternative method of payment and try to salvage the sale.

It`s hard enough driving customers to your site, losing them on the payment page is so frustrating

My suggestion would be contact Dennis at merchantanywhere.com

Easy to deal with people , they went out of there way to help me recover from a bad processor

Yes, got a couple of declined recurrings today (for no apparent reason) and just received an email from someone who was trying to sign up regarding the 'An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.' error

Live help said they it should be back to normal soon

Adrian, don't believe what live support says.

They say the samething...They've been saying that for months.

They don't know anything. They have a list of answers for all questions.

"Please create a support request."

"EVerything will be back to normal soon."

Yes, the word 'soon' usually starts the alarm bells.
