Hello, I'm looking for a design for a fansite I'm making, heres the details:

Heres what I want:
I'd like a website that is simple, but unique, stands out from the rest of the websites like them. I'm looking for something along the lines of:
http://www.thesimsresource.com/ I like this site very much, and pretty much every aspect. I'm also looking for something that will have these features:
- Left side navigation - Navigation -> subnav -> link
- Some where to put a standard poll
- Some where to put a login
- Some where to put a 468 * 60 Banner
- Some where to put news
- Some where to put a search the site
- Some where to put current number of members
- Some where to put current forum activity
- Some where to put a list of other fan sites
I'm looking for the colors to be about like this:

If you put gradients, make them soft, not hard I guess you could say it, Easy flowing.
