Need some help here with a horizontal menu bar. It has to be a sort of torn-off piece of crumpled brown paper bag or towel. Around 200px by 750px. It will be a sort of weblog format so I think I'll nest it over a brown-backed text area and a white background. Anyway, the point here is getting a torn piece of paper of the right dimensions or photoshop the right tear of a crumpled paper. If it's not clear I can elaborate.
As far as price is concerned that's subject to negotiation. I might need some additional help which I will gladly pay extra for. However, I really have only $20-$30 to spend for everything.
