Just picked up apacheforum.com with plans of setting up a community for apache discussion and help. Anyone want to place a value on this? I've actually got someone creating a template for the site now although it's not setup for hosting yet so it still goes to godaddy.

Just looking for what ya'll think its worth.

Definately has potential - 'apache' is recognized throughout the webhosting community (and farther), and we all know what a forum is.

As it stands by itself, the domain could be worth as much as $50-$100 or so to the right buyer.. with an established community in place.. well, who knows? Can you put a value on 'webhostingtalk.com'?

Yepp it's got potential for sure... I think it’s worth developing - get a forum up and running on it and then drive some traffic to it and get a community going, and who knows... it could be worth quite a bit to the right buyer.
