Anyone know of any web publishing software specifically for a magazine online?

I have a local client who has a monthly color publication, that is high in graphics. We want a solution that will basically allow the user to flip through the pages - like they were reading the magazine...

Any thoughts?

make it .pdf format, adobe acrobat usually e-magazines use that as it compresses teh size too, GL
