Publishing with Frontpage 2000
Super newbie needs help here. I've already designed my web page with Frontpage 2000. When I try to publish it to my web site is where the problem is. When I click publish it won't let me publish through http. It switches to ftp. When I click publish again it asks me for the location. I input the location. It then asks me for my user name and password. I type in both user@domain.com and password. I click publish and it just keeps going back to the username/password box over and over. I know I input the username and password correctly because it's the same I use to access my admin site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The access path to your site would be ftp.yourdomain.ext with a username and password. Having the username/password prompt continuously pop up would mean that your data is incorrect.
Try uploading with something like CuteFTP, WS FTP, and the likes if you cannot get FrontPage to work. Also, try asking your host for some help if it is something to do with your username/password.
Remember, your ftp login doesn't have to be the same as your admin control panel username and password.
Hope that helps,

Are you sure that FP wants the user@domain.com?
In my experience it doesn't use that format, but just username and pass only.
You can typically connect using File>open>www.yourdomain.com (and enter)
It should be that easy.
Good luck,
