I am actually looking for a template that I can edit and use frames...I have spent a lot of money on templates that the designers claim can be easily "framed" which turned out not to be the case unfortuneatly.

Kinda what I am looking for:
Navigation bar along top in seperate frame
lower frame uses standard colors so make interactive using php or asp or whatever for forms or sign in dialogs.

I have a template I purchsed if you dont have one available that I am willing to pay to have altered as I just do not have the skills neccessary to change around....it is very complex and has like 50 pages to it....I am more sysadmin and hardware than web design.
