dathorn but they are always full if you cant get in with them then try

well 20-30 dollar in month
i'm on dr2 now but the host is slower and slower

You're going to have to PAY for a quality network/datacenter, servers and tech support ...

I would recommend the reseller packages with
logoshost.co.uk
dathorn.com
crediblehost.com
Although I am not a great fan of "overselling", yet I feel that a little "over-the-top" does not hurt! Its always a shame to see a package with 1gb space & 5gb bandwidth only ever use 50mb & 500mb! "overselling" would let you use the "free" space & transfer to sell on. However, you always have to bear in mind that you are obliged to provide enough for the persons account you are using from. Thus in small numbers "overselling" is ok, but not to the extent that some hosts do!
