I know this question has probably been asked in here before, but I can't seem to pull together the search criteria to find what I'm looking for.

Which is......a reseller account where I do the marketing and the billing. What are the best providers for this?

The two support options that I can think of are that the provider handles support, or I outsource support. Which is the better of the two and which companies?

I would always suggest you to choose a provider who can himself handle the support for you...reason they know the problems better..your outsourced support will still look back at your hosting co. to fix a lot things..being a reseller account there won't be much your outsourced service provider can do without the help of your hosting co....the bottom line...choose a co. who can do both for you.
