I am selling two templates. They will be sold one time each. Buyers get full rights to use and resell.

- One HTML page w/CSS (Explorer/Netscape/Opera compatible)
- Optimized JPEG/GIF images
- Full original PSD file + mini PSD's for menu, plans, etc.
- Free customization of header, menu, and plans (if desired)
- Full rights to use, resell, etc.

I am looking for the best offer over $50 for each template. Offers will be taken through the end of friday. Buyers must be able to pay via PayPal before the end of Saturday.
