looking to resell domains

i want a domain reseller account, with no start up costs. must be full featured and clients can manage/access on their own.

right now, the place im reselling thru is still charging me too much! (8.99) and ive got almost 100 domains!

company MUST have a good track record!

i also have nameservers to configure

PS its NOT good if im selling names for 15/20 bucks and my clients log in and see they could have bought for 7 or 8 bucks!
