On the Website. www.sideshift.com it already has a google rank, and its not even up yet the person who designed the site would have full rights. and would get all the credits

i only need 1 page designed, it should be very gamey. it will be hosted at nukehelpers.

A one page site? what do ou want on it (what info). do you have anything drawn up or any ideas. also what is your time frame?

I dont have a time frame, and just make it like a template, i will fill it in. but it must be custom and i need the .pds's.
It should look modern and include well know game characters in the design.

well if i designed a template then how would I get full rights - the reason I ask is that I own a template company also. But we have only four gaming templates. 2 are very nice, one nice and 1 ok.

it's a seven page site - how long would the banner ads run for and where and on what pages. Also what king of right's do I get?

the ads are where you want them, you can have whatever you want lol. i just need that template. the rights would be. it would have designed by your company and a link, you could put it on your portfolio, you could do whatever you liked lol.
It should be a very big site as well, and i will also publicise you
