Clients with managed servers - what do you do?

Do you give clients root access if their server is a managed server? I'm a little worried with this client - he might screw something up. Hoping for some input.

Thanks
John

You should give them root access if they are paying for a dedicated server. But make sure he/she understands that there may be charges to repair their screwups.
