cpanel MX kills www for a client
cant figure this one out
clients site is visible, i set the mx, it works fine
now the client can no longer see his site from his office where the mx forwards to.
client can see other sites on the box so its not an ip blocking him from the server.
12 support requests to my noc, they went over the dns and mx- no issues on our side, nothing
i told the client the issue is on his side, his I.T. guy, claims different.
i told him to f off...
any ideas appreciated.

The main thing I see is that you should never tell a client to F OFF. I have ran into this before and it has been 99% on the clients side. Usally it is either a security issue with windows xp or it is a firewall they have installed. Maybe you could give us a site to trace and then we could give you a better answer.
