Decent Budget - Site Design Needed

Well here it goes:

I plan on starting a website for the underground rap/hiphop/free styling community. I need a complete design with programming entailed. This will not be an easy project nor will it be a short one. I know $300-$1000 dosen't seem like much but I don't have much more to offer. I host websites for free and this website will be totally non profit. I have talked to many underground artists from the website and they said they would sign up so this is a project I would want to do. Other things I can offer is a permanent banner in the forums area for your web design company and free hosting. Hell here is what I need:

Site stuff:
Full design (must be in php and work with mysql)
Vbulletin skin
Logos, Banners, Buttons.

Site Specifications:
The site will need to have it so people can sign up. Once the are signed up they will have a profile where they can update personal information, upload their music, check the hits to their music etc.
Some sites that do this are:

Also when you sign up it will automatically sign you up for the forums to.

On the front page it will need to list some stats like highest rated artist, most plays, etc.

I dunno how to explain the site much more but if you think you might have an idea of what I want and can give me a quote thats around this price range (yes I will go above $1000 if need be) please contact me with these things:

Ways to contact you (you must include a phone #, I'd also like to see an aim address)

Ways you can contact me:
Aim: DownKaos
yahoo: downkaos2002

You may also post here with your website and portfolio and I'll contact you if I see something I like.

  • Research any provider to know what limits are in place, especially with any offer concerning disk space and/or bandwidth. These are generally defined in the TOS or AUP.
  • Read provider reviews. If you find no reviews, create a thread and ask for others' first-hand experience with the provider.
  • If you're unsure on the exact details of an offer - ask. Simply respond to this thread and ask the provider for clarification.
