Verifying orders?

Hi all

Just a quick question:
What software/web sites do you guys use to verify IPs to addresses, addresses to phone numbers, etc.?

reverse dns them on your server and if the IP looks like its from a different state.. just call . so far we have been 100% effective using the "calling" method in deterring fraudulent signups
