Looking for someone to make 1 template with some graphics for me to use on a fansite multiple times.
Must be in HTML as that's all I know,
able to validate with W3,
and cross browser compatible, and graphics optimized to load really fast.

I'd like to have a design similar to this:

Site is one of my old sites and designed by a friend that I can't get in touch with to get another code.


I would pay $10.00-$20.00 for layout through Paypal. Needs to have it done between 3 days to 1 week.

I currently have my LBI Forums open and we generate about 8,000 hits or more a month out of the 100 people we have there and still growing.
