Questions that I should asking.

I have already started my hosting with the company but decided to inquire about a reseller plan. Their website does not have a reseller plan on their website so I want to ask.

I know how their support and uptime is (I like it) so I am concerned.

I need to know what features and goodies it come with a reseller plan. So what questions should I ask about the reseller plan and what they offer?

If they don't have reseller plans listed why are you going to ask?

You better go to a hosting directory and find some companies that have reseller plans, compare them, ask them some questions (any question you want, even if they have the answer on it's pages), do a search for some reviews on this forum and their own support forums, etc...

Basically, you have to consider the price, their technical support, uptime ...
many resellers have the same features with different prices, WHM and CPanel are standard for many of them.

Regards

Oscar

1. Do they allow overselling.

2. Do they oversell their bandwidth/diskspace.

3. What kind of hardware are you placeing your clients on.

4. What about their network performance (you should know this one already).

5. Can you use their Legal policies on your site.

Those should get you started. Quality hardware and bandwidth being the #1 concern. If their ship goes down...So does your business.
