Paypal might not honor it because there is no transaction of physical goods...

For anyone selling online services/products, Paypal isn't too great... When I had some problems with a shell company, they refused to refund my money.. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company in order to get the money back.

Umm, what about you print your records of money sent and sue them? Get every penny they got because they wasted your time and your business!!!
