We havn't put this design on the market before as we were too reluctant to let it go. In the sale you get ALL the rights to the design to do whatever you like, so you may resell to gain a profit if thats what you want!

- Html files ready for you to just edit your text and get started staight away! (if you require any instructions we are here to help you all the way)
- Roll over effects on the links
- ANY minor alterations + additions you may want included into the design
- Further design work upon negotiation if need be

Nope $20 isn't really going to make up for the looong hrs & days that went into this design.

Tell you what, as I'm really just looking for a smooth sale, the next person who replies to this thread or gets in contact with their offer of just $30 (!!!) - the design will be yours! + along with all the listed features that I am willing to help with.
