    $1.84...

Multiply that by 2.5 and you get the price in the UK!

The last time I got gas about a week ago it was $2.09 for regular but it's suppose to be higher now.

    Sacramento, California area.

$1.71 (for 87-grade), and that was the best deal in town. Seems like I got the best deal here, but it was fully 20 cents cheaper less than a week ago.

I'm waiting for my electric car.

$1.88 here in Michigan... Spent over $25 on one car alone today... That usually never happens. Thankfully I don't have a gas guzzler...

For clarity's sake, don't use "<ip address of hostname>" use the ACTUAL 32-bit numeric IP address of the machine.

$1.74. It was only $1.30 about three weeks ago.

Yep... we were obviously in Iraq to steal all their oil and drive gas prices down.

Don't worry though, it's just the gas and oil companies doing the stiffing that they do around every holiday that comes around.

Too bad it's probably blatantly illegal to mail canisters of gas to places where it's more expensive. HostPath could be shipping it out to California.

Why do the prices vary so much regionally? Is it really that regional? (Or can people in CA just charge more because everyone else in CA charges more?) It's not like we have our own oil rigs in New Hampshire; in fact, I'd think it'd be cheaper to get it to California than to New Hampshire.

Thinking about buying a good mountain bike for short trips? It'd pay off in a year with the amount you throw away on gasoline.

Maybe it has something to do with population and employees?

Every single corner of California (atleast around here) is a gas station. That probably cost a pretty penny or two to operate so many stations. Maybe wages go into the gas fees?
