The game is based of Tribes and Tribes 2 popular games. Its gona be based on unreal engine, and marketed by Sierra/Irrational games. Any ideas?

Hehe. i didnt know watermonkey patrolls these forums . Actualy, I talked to the developer of the game Marweas (from sierra) and he said that taking .net and .org was ok as long as he got .com.

I believe this domain could be worth alot, but it also depends on how big the game will get.

Make sure to get that in writing. Ask them to mail a letter explaining its okay to use it, and sign it.
