Looking to sell the following template.
Template
The template is more plain, but I can do any adjustments needed(small for free, larger for a fee). The rollover button at the top can be done CSS style, or javascript($10.00 for either). For the page to be coded in html, either tables or divs, add $10.00. The page can also be scripted in PHP and a DB designed for it, specifically looking towards the news stories(for $30.00 more). For me to code the html for the whole site, (about five or six pages), add $40.00. For me to script PHP for the whole site, (however many you would possibly need)add $60.00 instead of the $40.00. If you want any pop-up boxes, using DHTML, please request them, and I can quote(nothing in that regard should be more than $20.00).
The text within the 'plans's boxes will be fully editable within the source code, not the template. Or, each box can be made for a pic, instead of being html editable.
I can also script this using a tabular structure, or using all divs for the structure, with CSS for layout.
I can also do PayPal integration for an additional fee as well, if I am designing the whole site.
For just the layout itself, I wish to start the bidding at $20.00, with $2.00 increments. Buyout for the one page layout, without anything extra is $35.00. If you wish to have everything, and anything done, buyout is $150.00, including PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and code optimization, along with browser-compatability and script standardization. I will also structure the content to aid in keyword placement.
You will get, for the basic image/layout shown:
Any PSD used.
Any images used, either gif, jpg, or png.
if more work is needed, all emails will be prompt, polite and direct. Also, if more work is needed that would warrant it, I would email you daily, or semi-daily, depending on your choosing, with updates concerning the design's progess.
I will leave this up for 2 days, so, until Wednesday at 10:45PM EST.
