The buyer receives exclusive rights to this template. And can resell at whatever value wished.

You will be recieving the layout in PSD format, the .fla flash file along with any fonts used.
This layout is offered AS IS unless additional terms are made.

+ additional changes besides name change
+ coding
+ adding database back-end

Actually I just looked back on my records and the refund from paypal was $30.50. So he still owes me $119.50

All I can say is I this guy doesn't know what he wants. I kept on redoing his site and he kept on changing his mind. He also did receive a psd file.

Please do not let this discourage you from buying as I have had many happy customers.

The thing is I have proof that I sent you the psd file at that time. I know that it was parcially my fault but I don't think that ruining my thread was a good idea. We have come to an agreement. While it's not completely what I want it can be considered fair in a round about way. So I have deleted my posts (after taking screenshots in case needed). Hopefully this was just a big misunderstanding and we shall see in about a week.
