even IBill.COM has a 10% charge, but no transaction fees.
(1% more, 38cents less per transaction).

Jeffrey, if you are not in the US, you may want to check out revecom, 2checkout and verza. Their charges are only about half of what you have found there.

Don't forget RevEcom charges $1/transaction.

They make around 8 cents, and 6.5%/transaction.

or you may want to try sfcommerce.com , you can get a US merchant account even if you are not in the US. It's only 299 setup fee to get you the merchant aco****.

i use ibill.com but it is 15% and not 10%. also there is 10% reserve for six months.

Wished support was good though, I've emailed them a few questions and haven't heard from them at all.

http://sfcommerce.com/ they contacted me, the fee is okay but the setup fee is too much! $299

Revecom has a setup fee.. and i found out in this forum that my country is not accepted even they place it to the faq page.

ibill.com is 15%

versa or verotel is 19% - 12%


I found kagi.com has a good rate, specially for large amount of transactions

If you are looking for a US merchant account without a US company presence, the $299 fee is an extremely cheap fee for a merchant account in US.
