My site's domain is about to expire and i've decided to sell the design off to the highest bidder and close the site. The package incldues all the PSD files and fonts as well as the site CMS which is a heavily modified coranto script. The entire layout is completely customizable using the included PSD files, so colors, and background images (to suit whatever type of site you own) can be changed to your liking. The FIRST layout includes a dynamic realtime clock.

Money will be exchanged using PayPal or cashier's check.
