Dotster apparently dropped one of my registered nameserver. Any ideas why?
After a customer had problems pointing their domain to the ns2.server2.net, I checked the iCANN whois at http://www.internic.com/whois.html and found that the ns1.server2.net nameserver record was listed but for ns2.server2.net it is now showing as not found.
The server2.net domain is current with dotster, and up untill I checked today for the previous 18+ months all nameservers were registerd with Dotster and functioning correctly.
Any ideas why they would do this? Did I miss something major that I needed to do?Last edited by panopticon; 08-23-2003 at 11:08 PM.
