Do some search and you will see how bad are they. I still have several sites (****y-not important ones) with them (I paid in advanced , they are worst host I ever used.

I would just go here: http://www.dot5hosting.com/status/ and took a look

You can learn a lot from this page.. from the uptime, to the server loads.

Check back to it once in a while, I have seen a couple servers over a 16 load.

Can I ask the reason for your post. Are you a customer and have had a bad experience?

I have hosted two sites on dot5hosting for more then half of the year I signed up for now. We've had a few down times which are annoying, but not different then any other host I've experienced. But I have never had trouble elsewhere like the trouble with our email on Dot5. This has been the absolute worst hosting experience I have had. Our email does not respond a good 50% of the time, no exageration. Every single day. This has caused lots of problems and is not worth the price. I have been very very stressed out with this host, I need the email to do business with as I am a freelance artist and designer.

I contact the Live Support only when I need the email really bad anymore. I'm not sure if it actually does anything. The problem seems to clear its self up after a few minutes or a few hours anyway.

Otherwise I am happy with the price and the serving of our site, but the email (and the Php sometimes) do not respond and cause lots of problems. If dot5 could prove to me they would actually fix the problem with in the remaining months of my plan, I could renew with them. But more likely I will be using these months to thouroughly research a new host.
