I transfer my Domain that i brought by TUCOWS the 8th of this Mont ?

You have to wait 45 days before changing registrars for a newly registered domain.

I never tried to transfer a newly regged domain myself. But, my guess is, the transfer will fail and you will be refunded the transfer fee.

eNOM charged me for more than 3 transfers that failed..

I emailed them, yet to get a response..

Not too sure what thier policy is..

You shouldnt pay for failed transfers.

You need to wait at LEAST 45 days, some are 60 (godaddy I think was 60). So just read the rules for whatever registrar(s) you are dealing with.
