AZ-Webhost.com - Dead?

I have a few sites hosted with them (they seem to be a reseller of fasthosts.co.uk) - http://www.az-webhost.com . The hosted sites themselves are still up, but AZ-Webhost's page itself has been down for a couple of days. They were never any good at customer service, but does anyone know if they have collapsed completely?

thank you,
B.

If their site has been down for days, then there is a good chance that they are gone. It is not the first time, in fact it happens a lot.

Thanks MrAlien. I think that they are gone - their domain name itself is set to expire on 11-sept-2003. the sites are still working at the moment - but I'm going to get ready to change.

From what you have told us, I do think it is time to move. You might should try and contact them first just in case, but I imagine they are going to go under since their site has been down for days.

Though they were very bad at answering email even when their webpage was up (they always said to use their 'ticket system', which they never answered!)

so I'm ready to move anyway, and this gives me more impetus!

if you have much sites you can get a reseller account from fasthosts and they will change the ownership of your sites to your reseller account, so it will be very smooth move, or do the same with another fasthosts reseller, there is alot around now
