I like ModernBill, however, it depends what else you need it to do. Ie. billing, account setup, client managment, etc.

but from what i heared/saw modernbill is the most poweful one

Sorry, I had it in my head that you were looking for a free solution.
I recommend modernbill as it is a very good, all-round solution. WHMAutoPilot is great if you just want it for CPanel Automation.

I prefer WHM Autopilot
Modernbill is overloaded with graphics and takes a while to load. The support I have recieved from whm is awesome.

I agree, WHMAutoPilot is doing well as it's a fairly new contender.
Wait until it reaches v3/v4 and it will be in direct competition with Modernbill.

I use WHM-AP Awesome program!!
I also use at this moment 2CO for billing. I am change to some one else in the very near future..
