That's nice and clear. Is your normal run of the mill website also included in the etc.? Etc. is a very wide term. Also, why first say they can do anything and then continue to say things they can't do. Very poorly thought out I'm affraid.

How can you give a 100 Mbps connection, not limit it and only charge $59 a month plus it comes with server. Sounds like there's a catch buddy.

As I am mentioning, the server is located in Hong Kong, so less international bandwidth will be bought for those server
mainly on Hong Kong and China

The datacenter has 2Gige to HKIX which is more than any other datacenter

$59 a month is because parts in Hong Kong are much cheaper than USA.
