just a small thought I used to run a site had about 3 million unique each month so was OK size
do not do it in flash way to may intranets etc... do not have flash
if you develop for a specified client then flash could do well such as for gaming or certain things
just my thoughts
or if you develop in both make anigif version out of the flash file.
