What's a good business to start online preferably on a part-time basis? Not related to Web Hosting or Graphic Design...

Anyone use affiliate programs? Anyone know which ones are good and pay decent?

You could always try just making a hobby site of something that interest you. Then build it up and either sell the site (which you probably wouldnt want to do) or get advertisers on it.

Well the simple answer is *everyone* is out to make some money online so the chances you'll get there are no better than thousands of others.

However, it's more than possible if you find something you're good at to translate into an online business (work related, or even a hobby you enjoy). The most important part is your passion and drive.

Oddly most people who are just in it for the money tend to be the ones that get the least out of their time.

Free Cellular Phone affiliate programs used to be hot back in the day,right now i would recommend different types of satellite tv programs there are some that pay $50-100 per giveaway.

If you have a lot of business contacts you could also try to work for a (website)design company and refer clients to them. Like getting a % of each sale you bring to some company.

I don't know if a lot of companies do it, but it just came into my mind.
