I've been with Netrillium for almost 2 months now - and they are definitely a case of you get what you pay for.
Your uptime/reliability definitely depends which server you are loaded onto when you sign up, and while support responds incredibly, incredibly, incredibly quickly, things usually aren't fixed.
I've had incredible problems with my domains hosted there not resolving, etc, and while netrillium has been very willing to respond to my support requests, they seem to be at a loss.
However, I am paying incredible prices for lots of space, so I can't really complain too much. If I wanted more reliability/uptime that badly, then I'd step up to a more reliable/more expensive host.
