Order forms for what purpose?
If it's to order/sign up for web hosting I would recommend PHPCoin (free) or ClientExec for $99.What's your budget?
Seriously, what's your budget?

There's a reason GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc. are successful they are the domain registrar and I am the web host. What's your budget?

What I plan to do is sell domains for 15$ (all extantions...) as an option when people sign up for a plan. I wan't to get an email with their order: type of plan, personal details, credit card, and the domain they wan't (if any). then I register the domain at godaaddy, and make 5-6$ extra on this, and set up their accunt.. and sending them an email saying that I set up their accunt and it will soon be ready... if you see flaws with this tell me...

However having used PHP Coin, for its worth it gets the job done, although there are some features that I disagree with. It's a very good script to build from and it doesn't cost one red cent.

Agreed, I used to use it, and it was great. I look at it more as a record keeping tool and invoicing, than an account management tool

I see no one mentioned, www.formsales.com which is just an Order Form.
You receive 12 order forms in a variety of colors, and they are compatible with 2Checkout and PayPal.

The forms that you suggest are nice, but they cost money.
hotscripts.com doesn't have anything nearly as good as phpcoin...
so for now, phpcoin is the best free WHM autopilot script. If anyone knows of other scripts please post...
Worst case: phpcoin turns out to be the only free script.
I'll just skin it, and customize it... just a thought...

Formsales.com's order forms are less than $10. They were less than $2 for 12, now they've got 18.
Well worth every buck. All you have to change is the recipient e-mail and paypal/2checkout links.

I don't like their look very much, and I'm broke.
I can skin and customize phpcoin to suit my needs and hopefully look better, and its free. I just have to invest 2-3 hours into it...
If you wan't to pay, pay... thats my opinion...

p.s. "want" is a word without the apostrophe, and the past tense is "wanted"...
