It is nice to see some good old fashion business letter response. You addressed the individual with respect (ie. Sir). Stated your interest and provided a link to immidiate information and then comfirmed that you would be following up with a message. Then finished off the short note with a proper parting (ie. Regards).

A lot better than some that I have seen in here that basically are worded Yeah I am interested in charging you to do (blah, blah, blah) and if you want me to do it contact me at (blah, blah, blah).

Dollac i would agree with you in principle, but i expect (as i do) most people just post here to acknowledge the fact that they have contacted them i.e by email as i do which in the email the letter is setout formally too. Just my two pence.
