what the..

hey guys and gals, (not to forget the undefined sex's) i need a little help, for somereason i can't set up a subdomain.
i set up test.visual-perception.com and mark.visual-perception.com and for some reason the cpanel told me they were made, but on trying the URL in Internet explorer it said server not found, so i done a traeroute on it, the reply said unable to reslove target system name test.visual-perception.com

any ideas on what's wrong?

Did you create those subdomains using Cpanel?

Try to restart bind DNS Server

ok, here's what happened, my host reset the bind dns thing and also found out she forgot to put wildcards on my domain so she did so, but the subdomain issue is still there and really stressing me out, any ideas now?

Only your host can resolve it really, since you do not have root access, not much troublehshooting you can do on your end. More then likely they will have to delete it from the DNS and you re-add it or they can vice/versa... start from scratch if its really that messed up
