Antivirus w/ Mail Enable

I'm trying to determine which antivirus to use with Mail Enable.

I've heard F-Prot Antivirus is a good one to setup but it seems their "Daily updated" virus list is behind (or maybe I'm not reading their website right).

What are you guys using out there?
