Merchant System NEEDED! Please help

Guys,
Here's the situation. I have a merchant account with 2checkout, they've been really good, but recently, I had so many chargebacks and refunds. So they have increased my reserve to 10% which is totally rediculous.

So i'm looking for a new merchant which can take care of these things for me automatically:
1. Monthly Recurring Bill (along with receipts)
2. Low reserve (5% max)
3. Instant receipt right after receiving order.

I have a few companies i want to go with, but not sure if they're good, so I really need your feedbacks.
1. Paysystem
2. WorldPay
3. CyberCash
4. Your suggestions

Thanks in advance!!

J

Authorize.net is a great merchant account that I would highly suggest you taking the time to look at

You just need to make sure that you don't get too many chargebacks on your new merchant provider or they will do the exact same thing... And if you do it with a merchant account you might loose it all togather or be put on the high risk merchant list and never be able to get a low rate with any provider...

When you are considered high risk you'll just have to get used to high reserves and high fees....

I hate chargebacks, but how can i stop it? so many people used stolen credit cards and ordered our service. And after a few months, i got notification from 2checkout saying i got chargebacks for blah blah orders... and they charged me $29/order and refunded all the money. So basically I didn't get paid for the service for months and lost $29 per chargeback...

I'm not at risk right now, but 10% is way too much for 2checkout to keep, don't you think??

Is paysystem anygood?

What software are you using to keep track of your clients?

Also, if you had that many chargebacks then them holding 10% isn't much at all. Your lucky they still want to do business with you.

Chargebacks aren't always your fault but you can sometimes weed out fraudulent orders pretty easily with some checking... Checking the IP of the person that signed up is a good way to make a quick check.. If the person signing up has an IP thats in asia but an address in Florida thats should rasie a few concerns

When in doubt with an order.. Give the person a call and make sure.. Phone calls are pretty cheap..

Simple measures can save you a ton later..

I have our own software to keep track and records of clients

But chargeback is not my fault right? I have so many poeple from Turkey and Asia used stolen creditcards to order.

May I ask where do you get your domain registration service from? Are you their reseller?

Thanks
