servers.com is hosting bigest spammers on net

I get so many like 50 - 100 scam emails from like loveswans now the spam is actually coming from amazonaws which they don't care one bit about. But like the emails like there unsubscribe when they have one goes to there site hosted by servers.com and has a JS virus in it. LIke if you look on google for love swans you can see they are a horrible company they have a bad reputation everywhere and scam reports everywhere.

I did email them about hosting them. But this day in age people take money over ethics.

Did you email the spam email logs/headers to server.com abuse department? I'm sure they will remove it, but I don't think its fair to call them scammers.

How did they scam you? Stole money from you, didn't provide a service, tried to steal your personal data?

If their client's send emails to you, so what is a scammers, their or their clients? That's not good if they accept spammers to their network, but you will never know when the client starts to send spam from servers. It is not easy to control.

Yea I have to agree with the above user, it doesn't make them scammers. The fact that they have lots of clients that are using them as a spam network is bad. sadly its not always easy to control but if you report the emails to them then that will not only help you but other victims of the spam.

Are you serious? OMG, you do not understand what are you talking about. Please tell us how the company scammed you? HOW? For now I see only trash posted, no any proof.

If company owns IP addresses, it doesn't mean, that company owns websites under those IP addresses. To take down websites, they need to get a take down notice from court or government institution.

    Here's servers.com AUP, including spamming policies: https://www.servers.com/legal/polici...ble_use_policy

If you have reasons against the company they are hosting, you should email proof they are actually using servers.com's infrastructure to practice the illicit or against the rules act. Attaching the spam email or message sources/headers should do, as long as they fit the AUP above.

Servers.com contact information is shared in their website after: https://www.servers.com/legal#legal_notice_for_servers

If all you have are historical mails or proofs from before they moved in to servers.com or current data that's not coming from the servers.com infrastructure, there's nothing you can do, as you can't prove they are using servers.com's installations to do the bad things.

Sending messages here won't help much other than maybe relieving you from the stress of seeing a company you don't like being hosted in a big company. Finding and submitting evidence would be mandatory in order to have the company do something.

Well, having people know about it may help you gather people with evidence to feed servers.com though.

So you're saying servers.com is the biggest scammer on the net, because you're received spam from loveswans, who you say has a bad rep everywhere. While I sympathize with anyone who receives unwanted spam, I disagree on your basic premise about servers.com.

im sure your favorite provider has hosted these spammers you speak of, if not them, then people that are in the same business as them.

servers.com runs a business and have lots of clients so sometimes it takes a little longer to catch people sending mail and abusing the hosts IPs

You're way out of line to try and tarnish their name for what various hosts go through and try to minimize as much as possible...at least give them time to reply to these allegations..

    smh..

they said if the spammers are breaking the law report it law enforcement. but other that they will continue to profit of them. this day an age spam is out of control because hosts just don't care as they care about money over whether me a teminally ill person gets naked pics all day everyday. because they choose too spam from amazon and link to there site cause amazon don't do one thing to stop. I make sure to report them pretty much when it happens. get the links to there site banned in bit.ly. at least they get there links not work or people get warnings that the link is unsafe.
