100% network SLA - if we're down, you don't pay.

We've taken care when building up our network to have the least amount of latency as possible, resulting in pings of under 0.8ms to LINX and other major UK sites. Bandwidth is currently provided by Level3 (100mbps), Telecomplete (100mbps), and Woaftech (100mbps). We are also a member of Xchangepoint with dual 100mbps UK peering ports.

In a recent customer survey, 100% of our clients said they would recommend us to others. 100% rated our network reliability, friendlyness, knowledgeability and value for money as "good" or "excellent".

Please either PM me or post below if you would like any more details or a test IP address to look at. If you have any other queries please let me know.

Regards,

Robin Balen

FAQ

Can you provide just the rack space and bandwidth - I want to use my own switch / router / APC gear etc?

Yes, of course. Best thing to do would be to email us using sales@gyron.net or PM me for further information.

Do we get 24/7 access?

Yes. You will receive your own PAC card that allows you access into the datacenter at any time during the day or night - no advance notice needed.

It says 5mbps burstable - how high can we burst?

It's 5mbps billed using the 95th percentile method. You can burst up to the maximum capacity of your interconnect to our core switch. If you requre a GigE interconnect, please email for pricing details.

I'm going to need a lot of IPs - can you handle this?

Yes. If you only need a few, we can allocate them straight out of our block. If you need more, we can put through a request to RIPE for a /24 or greater for your own use.

What if I want to get this package then add in another bandwidth provder at a later date?

That's no problem - though you'd have to supply your own router to run BGP or rent one off us.

Please elaborate. If you're down for say 30 minutes then we don't pay all month, or is this a pro-rata guarantee.

Hi,

Sorry - yes, I should've elaborated.

With this package the network SLA is as follows:

We will refund the customer 2% of the monthly fee for each 30 minutes of downtime (up to 100% of the monthly fee).

The service will be provisioned using fully BGP multihomed bandwidth, with dual Cisco routers running HSRP etc.

Hope that helps.

Same bandwidth, less rackspace

I looking for UK based colo bandwidth around those numbers, but only need 1u, and the smaller amount of router tech which goes with it..

Do you offer anything on that level?
