I need some help. I have a domain for example subdomain.domain.com created with WHM and it uses cPanel then. So I want to make that subdomain to be just like the domain subdomain without having cPanel and that without losing any file or anything, how could I do this?

If I understand your question (you want to remove the subdomain from being a cpanel account and have it just as a subdomain off of the master account) I would do this:

backup all files you have uploaded to that site subdomain now. Remove that account in whm. Go into the master domain account cpanel. Go in and setup the subdomain there. Login to your master account's ftp and upload the contents to that subdomain folder. That should do it.
