Dnsmanaged.com down???

I ve few clients who use dnsmanaged.com by network solutions as dns for and they cant access it neither do i .... I called them up waited for 1 hr on HOLD and then i hang up. Any one has any info on that?

They were apparently down earlier but appear to have came back awhile ago.
